DOS April Meeting: “For DOS by DOS” short presentations by DOS members

A DOS tradition. An opportunity for DOS members to make short presentations on any topic of their choice. We are still looking for additional speakers. Let us know if you are interested.
Featured Speakers:
Anthony Gonzon will speak on the role of the Delaware Bird Records Committee and its function in maintaining the official Delaware bird list. In addition, he will talk about how you can contribute bird sightings to help the committee.
Ian Stewart will speak about the MOTUS system for tracking the migration of tagged birds and how this has advanced our understanding of bird migration.
This talk will be held in person at Ashland Nature Center starting at 7:00 pm.
